| (Excerpt from CEB press release) Cebu Pacific (CEB) moves to the new and world-class Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA-3) to operate both its domestic and international flights starting on August 1, 2008. CEB initially had test flights to some domestic destinations using the said airport last July 22. CEB expects to carry seven million passengers this year compared to almost 5.5 million passengers last year. In 1996, when CEB first started its operations, the total number of people flying within the country stood at 4.67 million, in 2007, this has more than doubled and now stands over 10.4 million passengers. NAIA-3 exceeds the amenities provided by the Domestic Terminal (old airport) such as:
| CEB operates 33 routes through its 24 domestic destinations and currently operates 848 domestic flights per week. The airline also operates 19 international routes to 16 cities in Asia , including Shanghai , Xiamen and Guangzhou in Mainland China . |

The Philippines will be participating with a prominent 54-square meter booth space at the China Dive Exhibition 2008 to be held at the Shanghai East Asia Exhibition Hall on 19-21 September 2008. The country¡¯s elite dive resorts and operators will be on hand to transact business with the Chinese dive operators and training schools, and promote directly to the consumers and corporate accounts. The Philippine Tourism Office is organizing a Philippine dive presentation and networking cocktail party on September 18 for select invitees from the dive business and corporate accounts, and dive seminar at the CDEX venue on September 19 which will showcase premier dive destinations and programs such as Anilao/Puerto Galera/Verde Island (by US-based and world-renowned underwater photographer Robert Yin); Live-aboard dive programs to Tubbataha and Apo Reefs, and Apo Island in Dumaguete (by Expedition Fleet Liveaboards); Coron wreck diving (by Nanjing-based new Navy Blue Dive Center); Threshers Sharks of Malapascua in Cebu (by Thresher Shark Divers); and Bohol (by Philippine Island Divers).
